Where are Nubiance products made?

Nubiance products are all made in France, without exception, at several of our partners in the South of France or the Paris region.

Can Nubiance products be used by pregnant women?

Nubiance products have no particular contraindications related to their use by pregnant women. However, as every pregnancy is different, we always recommend that you seek the advice of the health professional who is monitoring you.

Are Nubiance products also for men?

Our products can be used by men. Some like Act-5, for example, can particularly respond to rather masculine problems such as beard folliculitis.

Are Nubiance products tested on animals?

Nubiance products are made in France and comply with European Regulations.
Since 2004, this has prohibited cosmetic testing on animals.
Our products are therefore not tested on animals.

Are Nubiance products organic?

Nubiance products are not certified organic.
For what ?
We have chosen to give priority to the effectiveness, sensoriality and tolerance of our formulas.
By being certified organic, some of our products could not be as effective or as well tolerated. Indeed, potentially organic materials such as essential oils are much less tolerated than synthetic molecules such as paraffin. On the contrary, some natural substances can create reactions or allergies and this is not uncommon.
To best meet the needs of our customers, we have therefore chosen not to limit ourselves to the use of organic materials.
On the other hand, we are making significant efforts to reduce our ecological impact by choosing responsible partners and sectors both in terms of the sourcing of our ingredients and our packaging.

Are the packaging recyclable?

All our cases are made from FSC® certified recycled cardboard and are fully recyclable.
The sorting instructions for our tubes and bottles are visible on the back of the products. The majority of them are recyclable in the plastic or glass sorting bin.

How long can I use Nubiance products?

If the product is opened:
To know how long after opening your product can be used, you need to look on the case or bottle/tube.
The number of months is indicated in the logo: 6M (6 months), 12M (12 months)...
If the product is not yet opened:
The expiration date is indicated on each case and each product, next to its batch number.

I want to combine several orders.

We regret to inform you that it is not possible to combine several orders into one on our site at this time. Each order is processed individually to ensure accurate delivery tracking and inventory management. Delivery

Package not delivered: what to do?

In case of non-delivery of your package, please check with your neighbors. If the package is not found, contact our after-sales service at contact@nubiance.fr.

Are shipping costs free?

Yes, we offer free delivery in mainland France and Belgium for all orders of an amount equal to or greater than €49. For deliveries to DOM-TOMs, delivery is free from €119. Returns and Exchanges

How to make a return?

Return requests must be made by email or via our instant messaging within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Products can only be returned if they are still in new condition: unopened, unused, undamaged.
Following your request, customer service will tell you the procedure to follow in order to create a return label at your expense.
Once the package is received in our warehouse, we will proceed to exchange or refund the returned products.

Can I make a partial return?

If you have changed your mind about a product and it is still in new condition, you can request a refund or exchange by email or instant messaging.

Returns processing times

Once the package has been shipped by you, the return processing may take between 10 to 15 days depending on delivery times.

How to exchange a product?

You can make your exchange request by email or via instant messaging, within 14 days of receipt of the order as long as the product is still in new condition.

I received damaged products

If you have received damaged, unusable products, you can write to us about this by email or instant messaging with supporting photos. We will then send you a package containing the product in new condition.

Payments and promotions

What are the different payment methods that can be used on nubiance.fr?

On nubiance.fr, you can pay securely by credit card (CB, AMEX) or via PayPal. In addition, we also offer payment in 2, 3 or 4 installments free of charge thanks to ALMA.

My payment was declined

In the event of a declined payment, please check the payment details entered and ensure you have sufficient funds available. You can also try using another credit card or payment method such as PayPal or ALMA. If difficulties persist, please contact your bank or card issuer for further information.
